By utilizing the services of Equameridian Holdings, whether for IT infrastructure or machinery procurement, you agree to comply with these terms. These conditions apply to all service level agreements (SLAs) and equipment hire contracts.
IT Solutions: Provision of software systems, digital maintenance, and technical consulting. All digital products are provided under a limited-use license for the duration of the agreement.
Heavy Machinery Supply: The provision of industrial equipment for short or long-term use. Machinery is supplied in a condition ready for operation as per the "Hire Schedule."
Digital: Clients must maintain the security of any credentials provided for IT systems. Equameridian Holdings is not responsible for breaches caused by client-side negligence.
Mechanical: Clients must ensure that all machinery is operated by qualified personnel. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear remains the financial responsibility of the client.
Services are billed on a project milestone or monthly subscription basis. All invoices are payable upon receipt or within the timeframe specified in the individual service agreement. Equameridian Holdings reserves the right to suspend digital access or recall equipment in the event of non-payment.
Equameridian Holdings is committed to the ethical handling of data in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We collect only the essential information required to execute our services, such as company contact details, site locations for machinery delivery, and system logs for IT support.

We do not sell or trade your data. Information is only shared with third-party partners (such as logistics or cloud hosting providers) when strictly necessary to fulfill our service obligations to you.
Service Fees: Digital service fees and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Cancellations: You may cancel your service at any time; however, access will only remain active until the end of the paid period.
Booking Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date may incur a "Standing Fee" to cover logistics costs.
Mechanical Faults: If a machine is found to be faulty upon delivery, Equameridian Holdings will provide a replacement or a prorated refund for the period the equipment was unusable.
No Refunds for Early Completion: If a project is completed earlier than the agreed rental term, no refunds will be issued for the remaining days unless specifically agreed upon in writing beforehand.
Valid refund claims must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be settled via EFT within 10 business days.
